      Excellent!
I didn't realise you were a leather worker.

Dave, Box, Mike thanks for the kind words. Was curious if anyone would recognize what the tools were for. I was a saddler by profession in an earlier life. Now can anybody name the tools ? πŸ˜‰

sfto1 , have to give you the prize... round knife , two common edgers , awl with haft . The "mushroom" shaped tool was inelegantly referred to as a "seat smasher".

Thanks Tuna. I had an uncle that "played" with these tools, and I remember trying myself. I didn't quit my day job πŸ˜„

Also, excellent models and renderings. What rendering program do you use?

Thanks again for your compliments Mike. A sit down to talk the horse and saddle stuff would be kind of cool. Don't get the opportunity much anymore.
sfto1, I use TwilightV2 for all my rendering. This one made use of one of the sketchUcation stores "studio hdri's" for the lighting.

Coming from a background in the cavalry it would be hard to miss. Took me back more than a few years. You make very fine renders, Sir. It would be a priveledge to sit in a coffee shop over a hot beverage and talk horse/tack.

I must stay awake when posting.

Lovely work Tuna πŸ‘ I think working in vertual 3D and getting back to someting as real and hands on as leather, metal and wood would be so cathartic and cool. I am sure all the wood guys on here would understand that. I am still searching for that balance, I would kill for a workshop. Again nice work mate.
                      Cheers
