Select object and isolate?

Is there a command or plugin to isolate an object is Sketchup similar to Rhino's isolate command?
It seems like a simple plugin to build.
Select object/s> Hide all unslected.Edit: Found "Select n Isolate plugin but it apparently dosen't work with 2018. Any ruby mavens able to fix that?
