Edit the matched photo

After an image has been photo matched, is there a way to edit that photo, not perspective but the actual jpg image.

There's no way I know of to replace the image in the matched photo scene if that is what you're asking?
You can use Add Scene with Matched Photo to import a new image. Right click the scene in the Scenes dialog/panel...
This new scene with the new image should match the setup of the original scene.
