STL Problem

I have a cooling duct I'm trying to design for my printer but I can't get it water tight to print. This is the first time I've tried to make anything like this. I'm attaching the file so you can see what I mean. Thx for any pointers you might have. Thx

There are several issues...
First your axes are inverted.
Blue/Z == up
It's straightforward to Edit>Select>All and rotate it 180°Get Thomthom's Solid Inspector to see these...
There are several issues you must fix manually.
The 10 circular holes break the surface of the object.
That immediately renders it a 'non-solid'.The 6 similar edge holes create related issue.
There are also 6 internal face edges...
A 'solid' must have only faces and edges.
Every edge must support two faces - no more no fewer !
Any 'hole' in a surface will, by definition, have edges with only one face !! -
Thx Tig for your help. As you can probably tell I'm very new to Sketchup. I have all the issues resolved and back to a solid but I'm still in the dark as how to get the holes and it still be solid. Can you point me to a tutorial on how to accomplish this? Thx

If you expect the circular holes to penetrate into the form, then you need to draw over an edge in the circle to form a face, and PushPull that into the form by the desired dim, to make a recessed cylindrical hole.
If you want a hole to punch completely through the form, then PushPull it more so it is completely through the form. Now select the new extended cylinder and use the Context-menu > Intersect with Model, to cut the cylinder at the lower surface. Now select the unwanted faces/edges of the cylinder and erase them. You should now have a hole that pass right through the form ?
