Enviroment /background

Hi I am new here. First a I want apologize for my english. I have problem with vray 3.4. I cant render image of the sky in the background. I change mapping type in UVW enviroment from screen to sphere many times ,but nothing change. I have added image here what I mean exactly. Could you give me some advice what i do wrong. Thank you very much for your help.

Upgrade to latest Vray 3.6

In Environment> background [ 1 ], increase the amount as necessary.
