Hi. I've installed Sketchucation's, Extension Store v. 3.1 plugin, for the promised convenience of being able to login to the site directly from within Sketchup; instead of having to go over to my web browser. But I'm never able to successfully login with it, as it erroneously rejects my login credentials, stating, "ERROR: Username or Password mismatch, please try again." This makes no sense to me because I enter the very same login credentials I use to login successfully to the store through any of my web browsers (e.g. Waterfox, Microsoft Edge...). This is not a huge issue I need solved. I can easily get by without this plugin. But if there's something I'm missing here, I'd like to learn what it is and get this working, even if only to try it out. Thanks.

You must use your SketchUcation member's name to try to login: NOT your email address.
        Then use the membership's password...
If you have 'forgotten' either of these send a separate email or PM to one of us...

I see the memebership-name associated with your email is 'Blevins64'.
Your password is your own - we can't access it - but we could reset it, if you want...

        PS:
You could try deleting your Internet Explorer cache
[ sometimes used by dialogs in SketchUp] in case something got screwed up ! ]
        Then restart SketchUp...
