Section cut face for 2018

Hi,
Is it worth it to get the "Section Cut Face" plug-in if i am using Pro 2018? i notice that Pro 2018 has a similar function which does not work that great. Also i noticed the plug-in was updated in 2017, will it still work in Pro 2018?

My [free] SectionCutFace works fine in all current SketchUp versions.
It is quite different to the new v2018 simplistic section-face tool.
Its section-cuts are editable, its faces can be colored individually etc...But if you want total flexibility for section-cuts then I suggest that you buy Skalp...
