When working in an interior model. Clicking out of a group is hard. Is there a plugin that lets you back out without leaving the interior space.

My current workaround is to have two scenes. One that saves active view "working", one that is outside the model "site". Clicking the second lets me get away from the group, click back out, then use the "working" scene to get back to my position.

Is there a plugin that fixes this?

      Thanks!

Hit the Esc key while in group or component edit mode. That will close the group / component.

Or use the native Outliner dialog to move directly into or out-of specific Groups edits [or Components]
So if nesting is deeper than one level you can jump in/out clicking on the Outliner entry.
This also requires you to give your Groups / Components sensible names so you can find what you want to edit by-name rather than visually...
[Unless you have a good memory !]
