Import 3d buildings from Google Earth to sketchup

Hi guys,
I see on Google Earth really nice 3D modeling.
When I click to see older satellite pictures of this area, with the 3d relief mode still activated, I can see some buildings on top of the pictures.
I can even let click on it to make appear an empty label (see attached picture), and right click on it with the option to hide the building.
I would like to download these buildings into a sketchup model.
Would you know any tips to achieve this ?

Extracting models is against the TOS for Google Earth.
Extensions, like PlaceMaker, can extract 3D buildings from OSM but these are only good for mass models.
