Having the same issues with Nested intances, Short edges and Internal face edges (had quite a few geometry cleaned up last month) though the Cleanup Plug-in by TT just wouldn't work on these detected issues, thought it'd be faster and a lot more efficient to run an auto cleanup. Could anyone help me please? Thanks.

The other option is to do the repairs manually... but I guess it's rather easy to re-model than cleaning up the mess... frustrated.

Your screen shot shows solid Inspector 2. There are some things that need more intelligence to clean than the extension has. Some decisions about what to do to clean up the model still need to be made by the user. best practice would involve keeping the model clean as you go rather than waiting until there's a big mess to clean up.

Thank you for your advice. I should keep my model checked and clean as I go so starting over to do it right not rushing through! Thanks Dave.

Sorry I couldn't just give you a key to press to make it all clean. Unfortunately there's no substitute for keeping your model clean as you go. Some people will claim it takes too much time to clean as you go but it's actually less time consuming to model cleanly than it is to repair the model later.

              Best wishes.
