Yes.
Download RBZ archives for each extension - from the PluginStore here at SCF, or if not available here look in the EWH...
In v2017 you use the menu item: Window > Extension Manager
Click the red button to automatically install the RBZ's contents for you...There are a few 'Pro-only' extensions, but these are clearly indicated in their info details...
Also note that some extensions require a helper 'Lib' RBZ installing - again it's clearly stated in the details...
