      Hello there,

      Every time I open sketchup i get a venster with the below text:

      I tried several things but nothing seems to work, I can't use the plugins.

          Have you actually installed the latest version of LibFredo ?
          If not try it...

          Also the failure to load some files from your Plugins folder could be indicative that you did not install SketchUp in the correct way.

          Here is the correct way to install ANY application properly...
          You probably do NOT need to uninstall, then reinstall it - try a repair first...

          Close the application.
          Find the application's installer exe file...
          It's probably in your Downloads folder ?
          If you can't find it re-download the installer exe.
          Select the exe file's icon.
          Right-click > Context-menu >
          "Run as administrator"
          When prompted choose "Repair"...

          When it completes, try running the application again...
          Any improvement ?

          Running an installer exe in any other way - e.g. by double-clicking its icon - even if you have admin powers - is NOT the same as running it in the way explained above.
          Failure to install it properly can result in all kinds of unexpected weirdness and unpredictable problems...

                To recap...

                Have you now installed and/or repaired SketchUp using the installer's exe file's right-click "Run as administrator" ?

                Have you downloaded the latest LinFredo RBZ from the PluginStore ?
                Have you installed that RBZ using the native SketchUp, menu item Window > Extension Manager, red button Install Extension...

                Please post any current error messages at startup...

                Please post a screenshot of your Extension Manager dialog showing LibFredo.
                What version is it ?
                There is an updated version published today...

                  Hello Tig I have ran it as administrator re-installed sketchup as administrator and its not only the Fredo pluginns but also sandbox, I'm almost giving up 😄 😞

                    For the avoidance of doubt...
                    You should not be running SketchUp itself as the administrator - although as an ordinary user you can have administrator powers.
                    The SketchUp exe file properties should also NOT be reset to 'always run as administrator', as this elevates SketchUp's process above that of Windows Explorer, creating unexpected issues.

                    You MUST install SketchUp properly.
                    Doing it in other ways leads to unexpected and unpredictable issues - the errors you see are indicative of an incorrect installation.
                    Please follow these steps carefully.

                    Close SketchUp.
                    Find the SketchUp installer's exe file - probably in your Downloads folder ?
                    Select its icon.
                    Right-click > Context-menu >
                    "Run as administrator"
                    When prompted choose "Repair"

                    When you restart SketchUp it should be installed correctly and avoid these errors.
                    However, if it does not try this...

                    Close SketchUp.
                    Find the folder:
                    C:/Users/Marianne/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2017/SketchUp/Plugins/
                    The users AppData path is hidden, but is accessible.
                    Go up one level and select the Plugins folder's icon.
                    Right-click > Context-menu > Properties > Security [tab] > Edit [button]
                    Ensure all of the groups/users listed have the "Full control" [topmost permission] checked.
                    Apply/Save the changes, and the settings should ripple down to all files and subfolders etc.

                    Restart SketchUp - any better ?
