so im having an issue where the toposhaper plugin is downloaded on to my SketchUp 2016 and 2017 but when i reset and restarted the my computer and SketchUp it doesn't up on my toolbar i can't find it but i says its downloaded on to SketchUp.

Right Click on the toolbar and see if it is listed

Did you also install Libfredo which is required to run it?

if it is not there it is not installed.
use our sketchucation tools to install it.
