Bezier Surface plugin / control points

Hello people, I have question about the Bezier Surface's plugin by ThomThom, I saw in a tutorial that it is possible to manipulate edges, faces with many control points on a mesh, but I only see red points on each corner of my mesh.
Can someone help me with this?
