Sketchup-obj-collada model import error

Hi, i need help please.
-Import collada file : miniature empty in window selecting file an import failed with work plan empty.
-Import obj : in plugin menu i select obj import > file (a lot of time dowloading)= model destroyed in work plan.
I have also problem with the 3d webgl viewer in Sketchup 3d Warehouse, and "Extension Warehouse" in Window menu is missing.
My current Sketchup version is: 8 pro 2013 (m2).
