Changing "Back Face" to a texture.

Is it possible to change the "Back Face" to a texture? instead of a (default) colour?

No.
The Style's default front and back colors are that - just colors - NOT textured materials.
It's best to have a distinctive back-face color, so that in Monochrome view mode it's them easy to see incorrectly oriented faces.
