Software suggestions ??
-
I'm looking for wood framing structural analysis software. Preferably one that I can import a model into, type in my required loads, link my loads, and get a decent report. Definitely doesn't have to be free but also don't want to take out a mortgage to buy it.....lol. Any suggestions ?? TIA

For SketchUp integration, Tekla has analysis tools but I don't know the price?
I do remember this from a few years back but it disappeared...
Maybe something like MecWay?
Or StruCalc

What about 3D FEA package WELSIM?

I ended up going with strucalc, price wasn't bad, plenty of youtube videos, and pretty straight forward learning curve.
