Help me with VRay!

I was finished my modelling and saved it yesterday, today I'm going to render using VRay 3.4 but it seems that VRay setting revert to default itself. I think VRay option I have set has totally change.
Anyone could explain why did VRay revert to default setting itself?
Sorry for my noobness, but please help!

You should save your render settings as preset so that you can load it afterwards. (I think it's at the bottom of the V-ray window)
