Hi, Mahdi:
This may be a geographical/regional setting in the program having to do with your location or source of your download. I do not know off hand where you reset this, but I believe it is adjustable -
This is simply SketchUp interpreting your computer set up...
Your computer's regional settings must have changed somehow - to one where a comma [,] is the decimal point, so then the separator gets swapped to a semi-colon [;].
So instead of 1.2,3.4 you input 1,2;3,4
The english-speaking world tend to use ./, and much of the EU and other countries use ,/;
Check your Control Panel > Region > Format > Additional Settings
where the decimal-point etc is set up.
Change it to your own requirements...Also Note:
When you installed SketchUp did you select its installer exe file's icon and choose 'Run as administrator'
This is the only proper way to ensure all settings are done correctly...
You do not need to uninstall SketchUp.
Close it and use 'Run as administrator' on the installer's exe file, when prompted choose to 'Repair'.
This might not be the cause of the decimal-point issue, but an incorrect installation can lead to many kinds of unexpected flaky issues... -
There was a change in the Rotated Rectangle tool that created that issue for you. That change is on 2017 only.
I have the same issue and have some bad vibes for it. Take a look here:
[FR] Revert the Rotated Rectangle tool for prior to 2017 state?
Sketchup 2017 destroyed my favorite tool. Iāve asked it before but Iāll ask it again as the request is probably lost in oblivion. The current rotated rectangle state isnāt good to go: You can easilly draw a rectangle ā¦

actually, my sketchup pro 2017 (v17.0.18899) was working properly, without any problem!
I just Uninstall and reinstall it again (v17.2.2555) and this problem appeared!.
I read and do many many things such as checking my local and language option but everything was ok! so last night just uninstall the sketchup (v17.2.2555) and install the version ([highlight=#ffff80:2wtf7s7m]v17.0.18899[/highlight:2wtf7s7m]), and without any change to my regional and language Option everything is fine.
