Scale partially!

Hello everybody!
I want to scale a plan but i need only the external perimeter to extent
There are also internal part that i only want their position to change and not their size. Can i do it in sketchup? -
It would be easier to give you an exact answer if you shared the SKP file. Most likely you can modify the dimensions by using the Move tool instead of Scale.
