Tool Bars won't stay put.

SU 2015 Make under Win 10.
Not sure if it's a coincidence, but about 3 weeks ago Win 10 forced an update on me. I have it set to advise and not update till I say so. This seems to infuriate Win 10 so it updates anyway, twice with a random 10 minute pause in my productivity when I restart.
Anyway, my computer seemed to act a bit strange after I put it to sleep nightly and power off. Upon awaken, my desktop icons would shift. Last week a Win 10 (Surprise) update seemed to have fixed that, but.....
That update 3 weeks ago scattered all my SU toolbars. Toolbar reset had no effect, but once I manually reset their proper positions, all seems well, except.....
On SU startup the measurement box is in the bottom left corner, not my preferred position; lower right. It stays put after I manually move it back and after PC sleep/awaken. Only shifts when I cold start SU.
Any ideas?

Turn off the Measurements toolbar and it'll go back to its default lower right corner.

Thanks, that did work.
Not exactly how I wanted, but OK.Before I had the Meas.box in the lower right but up on the lower toolbar row where I have my Tools On Surface toolbar. For me it was easier to see raised up a bit.
So if I turn on the Meas.Box it goes back to lower left.
Off its on the lower right but I cannot grab it and move it, like any other toolbar.Any way around that??

The measurement toolbar is like any other toolbar and can be dragged down to attach to the bottom of the window and moved left or right. You can even add other tools to it.
So, if you turn it on, the one in the corner disappears and the floater can be moved wherever you prefer. -
Yeah but....
It won't stay where I want it when I restart SU.
