Different line thickness in SketchUp

A kind of Stroke in Illustrator
Can it be achieved or that there is not?
Or does it relate to Styles?
thanks for any advice

There are edges and profiles. Edges are always one pixel wide while profiles can be anywhere from 1 up. You can't set different line weights like you can in AutoCAD or Illustrator.
You could create heavy strokes with a style created in Style Builder but you can't pick and choose when edges get which strokes. There are some post-processing options and some options using LayOut if you want to get creative.

Depending on what you want to do, you could look at TIG's 2D Tools plugin but there are some restrictions on how you use it.

That's an option but it should be noted that lines are represented by painted rectangles. They aren't really edges or lines in the normal sense. Still, it might be an option.

Yes that is true so as I said, it expends on what you are trying to do.

sure it depends on what I need to do... It was a 2D drawing for clarity. Well, I know that SU isn't primarily focused on that. It's about understanding and acceptance of philosophy.
thanks for all the responses guys
greetings
