[REQ]Joint 2 faces, joint 2 edges...

Does this yet existing ? (with some tangency)
Bezier Surface by Thomthom can do it but manually and with some many movements!

See gif...

Rich,
Curviloft cannot do it at the moment, because it only handles geometric contours, regardless of the model geometry (edges and faces).
However, this kind of functionality is part of my list for a future refresh of Curviloft.
This said, a dedicated plugin is not complex to build.

Yes, it doesn't do a G1 or G2 blend from high to low without a rail to control the transition but with Vertex Tools Cosine Selection you can get close.

@Rich : about the Gif : Yes I have seen that but all move in "horizontal way"!
There is no "vertical tangency" between the edges!
So waiting the refreching of curviloft!

In the meantime, you can do it with BezierSpline and Curviloft Along Path. This gives you the control of the junction spline.
