I would like to map F1 to a SketchUp command (maybe show/hide x-ray mode or something), and I can, but... every time I press F1, Sketchup Help Center website pops up! Any ideas how to change this? I'm on my PC running SU Pro 2016. Thanks πŸ˜„

I think F1 is one of those things coded into the operating system to bring up Help in any application that's running. I don't think you can change it. How about putting a piece of tape on the F2 button and writing 'F1' on it? πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

Does Windows SketchUp support assigning any F keys as shortcuts? It doesn't on Mac (you just get a 'ding' if you try).

Yes. I have F2, F3 and F4 assigned to the three component flip commands and Shift+F2, Shift+F3, and Shift+F4 to the Flip along model axis commands.
