You seem to have a Plugin loading which prints some messages to the Ruby Console.
It always do that, but it may be faulty ?
The splats might be unrelated...
Use the SketchUcation PluginStore Toolkit's Plugins-Manager to Disable all of your Plugins, enable some and restart SketchUp - this will allow you to see which Plugin is doing this...
You can use Sets...
If you have recently added some Plugins and the problems then started, you can speed up the process by concentrating on testing those Plugins first...
Once you have a group that you know to cause it disable 50% and restart... if the message stops then the culprit is in the recently Disabled ones...
If you have many Plugins loading which are rarely used then you might consider Disabling those anyways and temporarily Enabling them [Orange button] when you need them...
Having any Plugins loading slows SketchUp's start, and is an unnecessary set up... -
Thank you for the answer sir, and i have downloaded the Sketchucation plugin toolkit - and i dont know how to use "sets"....
i have tried to uninstall plugins in sketchup using the sketchucation toolkit but the plugins is still there whenever i restart it
thank you again in your reply

If you have v8 you need to be sure you have permission to modify the Plugins folder - without that changes made with the Plugins Manager will NOT be retained on a restart of SketchUp - see this...
http://sketchucation.com/resources/tutorials/intermediate/811-setting-security-permissions-in-sketchup
Also see this on generally installing Plugins...
http://sketchucation.com/resources/tutorials/beginner/108-installing-sketchup-plugins
and this on the PluginStore tools...
http://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download
which has sections on the Plugins Manager - you are NOT Uninstalling them - you are Disabling them.
