Sketchup terms of use

I work for a large multinational construction company and I am having discussions about the terms of use of Sketchup. I propose to hire a professional company to draw our equipment and upload the models into a library which is accessible for all staff. We would have only a limited number of sketchup pro licences for more advanced work etc
Would it be allowed to let "normal" users work with Sketchup make (the free version) to load these models into their computers and use as a visual aid tool for their day to day work? Thus check working space /restrictions. check distances / areas etc
It is not used for designing and selling in a commercial sense (so we are not making money with it) But in a way it is professional use.
If the company would need to buy 2,000+ licenses I do not think I stand a chance to get this through

IMHO...
if you are a kosher commercial organization and use SketchUp [or for that matter any other paid-software] for whatever purpose - e.g. including in house viewing for SKP file etc - then you need Pro licenses [or equivalent] for each of those users - they might be able to 'share' Pro-licenses [networked], provided that the total license-count is not exceeded...BUT there are other 'free' ways for your in-house low-level-users to view information that was produced by legit SketchUp Pro users - but this needs to be by 'other means' - I suggest the use of the 'free' SketchUp-Viewer, exporting to PDF[3d] and so on...
It is your organization - it is your money - it is ultimately your 'soul'...But that is just MHO...

That is a matter to speak with Trimble. There are network licences available wich do what Tig describes but I guess they would be willing to negotiate with you... (I know I would...)
