Interpolate Polygons in z-direction ?

How can I interpolate the z-coordinate of a selection of edges between the highest an lowest z-value ?
Example (it's a part of a road, I wanna achieve the red line):

Curviloft and Fredotools(weld, curvizard, curvishear are all inside FredoTools) plugins might help you.

Multiple possibilities depending on what sort of interpolation you want...linear, quadratic,...?
