Round corners on inside radius of a tube
-
Hi,
Using the round corner plugin, I can not seem to put a radius corner on the inside radius of a hole cylinder. i.e a tube with out it filling in the end.
I can do the outside radius ok. However will not do the inside radius. I just want to remove that 90 deg sharp angle for the "hole" in the cylinder.
Any ideas?

Just select and delete the face skinning the hole when after Round Corner does it's thing.
Or you could use Follow Me to round over the edge.

one way without plugins...

Or use free DesignSpark Mechanical
It has SKP Import / export

is there enough room left for the second fillet?
say the pipe is 1/2" thick and you've used 3/8 for the outside fillet.. there will only be 1/8 left for the inside.
or, attach the .skp here and someone will figure out the problem. -
I'm pretty sure Dave nailed it, when you round inner edges it always skins the hole and it just needs to be deleted.
