3D Visualisation - On the fly
-
Hey peeps,
I haven't posted anything in a while. Thought you might find this blog post interesting. It's about the torturous process of creating a 3D model using only photographs and the awesome ability to then redesign it (without leaving your desk)!

Thanks Doing little personal projects like this also lets me illustrate more funky interiors, that I'm rarely given the opportunity to create with professional commissions (by Interior Designers).

How many times for that ?Thanks Pilou, the curved pillars could have been a little more curved but hey, after a while when you're creating these things you start seeing double
How many times for what?!

You'll have to forgive me, I'm a bit slow today (living in 3D world does that to a person). Do you mean how long did it take me to create the 3D model?

That's what he is exactly saying.

Here's yer man weighing in...
Let's see, if I remember correctly I had 4 days to construct the space and add the interior elements for the original project.

Whilst there are shadows, I see your point - at this stage, the simple answer to that is no! lol I don't want to upset the image with noise etc. You know how tricky it can be to get the right balance. To be honest, it is a brightly lit room, with a light floor.
