Switching the daylight on

I cannot switch the daylight on V-RAY render whereas I have it visible on SU drawing.
What can be the reason ?
I attache printscreen of SU with sunlight, V-ray render comes completly black page out of it.]I may need to let you know that all the additional lights ( about 20 rectangular lights, one omni light, about 30 spotlights ) are on separate layer which is turned off for now.

Do you have any glass material in your windows? If you do, just for kicks, remove any glass faces and re-render to see if it helps. If it does then the issue is with your glass material. If not keep reading.
Check your Lighting switches in your Global Switches menu.
And finally check your 'Environment' option tab and make sure your GI (Skylight) is set correctly.
Hopefully one or more of these will help you.

Also make sure that if your glass has thickness, that the glass material is applied to both front and back faces.
