How to render a model in face style X-Ray?
-
Dear sketchupmasters,
Do you know a way to render a model in Sketchup 2015 with V-Ray in face style x-ray, in combination with "Shaded with textures" and all edge styles ticked off?
I put the model in the attachment,
Thanks in advance

Not sure what you are looking for, but there was an xray style material on the Chaos site under Vismat / Misc.
VRay doesn't recognize the styles in SketchUp. You would have to make custom vray materials with transparency for this kind of effect.

You could:
1 Overlay the Sketchup output with the Vray output on Gimp/Photoshop...
2 Configure all materials to have transparency...

I wonder if this could be achieved with a Toon Material?Edit: I just re-read the original post. You would have to set each material to be translucent. Ignore my toon material reference.
