i would like to ask if anyone knows what type of 3D programs can make these type of models and shapes?!

From a 2D image it is not possible to answer you question without guessing! There is no way to determine what is actually 3D vs color shading/texture mapping. But in any case it seems unlikely that SketchUp is the tool to use.

Normally today any type of program 3D can make that! With less or more efforts!
And why not Su ?
It can make some Spirographic things!
