Annotating Angular Dimensions with arrows
-
Trying to annotate angular dimensions with arrows like this example in Sketchup 8.
How would I do this in Sketchup 15 demo?
I've already located the "Ang Dim" tool.
But can't work out how to change the ark to have arrows.thanks in advance

You'll notice the title of that is "Annotating Google SketchUp 8 Models with Text and Dimensions in LayOut". The dimensions are done in LayOut, not SketchUp. It is a little deceptive because one of the headings would kind of lead you to believe the dimensioning is done in SketchUp.
You could manually draw arcs and arrowheads but it's much easier to do dimensioning in LayOut.

Ok, Ta.
Much appreciated. Will have to research Layout to see what it does.

LayOut is sort of the documentation side of things. Take a look at the LayOut forum. I use it all the time for creating plans from the woodworking projects I draw. All my dimensioning and other text is done in LayOut.
Keep in mind it's part of the SketchUp Pro package. It isn't included with the free version.

Thanks for that.
What happens if you want to make mods?

What do you mean by "mods"? Modifications to your SketchUp model? After you save the SKP file the LO viewports get updated automatically. Changes carried through.
