Is there a plugin to make Sketchup and Vray export an animation? I saw a turorial and it was quite advanced, a bit too advanced for me to feel comfortable at this time. Perhaps there´s some plugin for exporting for us amatures? I don´t need to tweak everything to a certain perfection so this type of help would be very benefical for someone like me.

there is an option in "output" to save as animation (also make sure to check the option to add frame number). It just uses the same transitions as the SU animation and writes out image files for each frame (You'd then need other software to generate a video using those frames). I think maybe the advanced tutorials were explaining some time-saving tips. Such as setting Light Cache to flythrough mode, and using incremental add for the irradiance map.

Yes, thanks! I´m actually doing that right now.

By the way, is it possible to watch the animation play in Sketchup with Vray settings without exporting it?

I would export a low res draft version before running a final, but no, there is no way to preview a VRay animation in SketchUp.
