I've got a user that's got a strange issue with styles in SU 14. When he applies styles to his sketches, the lines are way too thick. Styles are working fine for him in SU 8 and for other users in SU 14. How would I go about resetting his styles for SU 14 to see if that's the issue? I've been looking through %appdata%\sketchup on both machines, but not seeing anything really jumping out at me.

It's an OpenGL setting thing. Change the settings for Hardware Acceleration and/or Fast Feedback. Exact settings are dependent on the GPU and driver version.

Window....preferences....open gl......Untick "use maximum texture size"

You may have to change your style and purge unused....than re-select the style that you were using.

Sweet, turning off Hardware Acceleration (but leaving on Fast Feedback) worked. Turning off Fast Feedback with Hardware Acceleration left on didn't. Right now, I'm considering this to be a "workaround" instead of a "fix" since it's not quite working as intended. He's using the Sketchy Lines sytles, in case you're wondering. Also, we switched out his video card from an NVidia Quadro to an AMD FirePro recently, (unrelated) and the issue persisted through the change.

The card he has now is a FirePro V5900.

              That worked perfectly, thanks!
