Section cut lines disappearing on vector exports/renders

I have 2D plan section scenes set up for clean hidden line vector plans that I export for 2D dwgs and import into Layout for architectural drawings. I have been running this work flow for a while with no issues, however, recently some random components do not render section cuts on vector exports (DWG+Layout). Raster exports are fine?
The strange thing is a component with same geometry/layer will render cut in one place and not on another?
I attached screen grab showing SkUp scene and Layout vector render....and pointers would be appreciated.

Where did you attach the screen grab?
Is it possible the section cut is inside a group or component that doesn't contain the uncut components?
