[Plugin] Centering plugin

Made a quick right-click menu for centering selections. (Version 1.0 Available in the Plugins Store)

The main purpose is centering geometry on a selected Edge or Face.

There are 3 options:

Move to origin
Center on origin
Center over origin

Each option acts as expected with Groups and Components.

When working with non-grouped geometry, all connected geometry is also selected and moved. However, the single selected Face or Edge is used as the object origin, which means you can center the geometry by face or edge.

I should note that CLF Center on Origin is missing a 'Center over Origin' option (unfortunately) and only works on Groups / Components — not raw geometry.

Yes, "Center over Origin" is the reason to search for Jim's plugin.
His page in "PluginStore" is empty.(???)
