      Hello!
I have a computer killing model of a stadium im sketchup. And I need to render it somehow. I chose Artlantis because it's the only program in which I could export the model without crashes.
Still I have a problem. How can I get a football pitch texture, with stripes, or squares just like many stadiums have?
I searched all over the internet and did not find examples or ways to do it.
So if you can help me I will be extremely happy ๐Ÿ˜„
      Thanks a lot!

Wonder why you were only able to export to Artlantis...?
How big is the SKP file...?
What render apps - apart from Artlantis - have you tried...?

        Cheers

well...the skp is 8 mb but the atl file is 1.3 gb. Wanted to export to Lumion because it has a lot of football pitch textures but the program could not load the .dae and the .obj file and when i tried to export from sketchup to .3ds it took me 9 hours to reach 83% and then crashed ๐Ÿ˜„

Would you be able to post the model at all? If you're not up for sharing it publicly than you can PM me and I'd be happy to have a look. It could be a few things without the model to look at.

With Lumion and large files just break them down and import as separate .skp models. I did this for a gas platform and a processing plant in situ, with LPG tanker and pipes for days - gives you a quicker work flow as well when elements need updating/changing. Good luck. I am currently designing for UEFA events - most probably same pitch (so to speak).
