Does anybody know how to draw a bezier on a curved face?

I managed to draw a "3d Bezier" with the helf of construction lines. But i cant create a surface or extrude.
Please help!

Use CurviLoft > Loft by Spline

Here is one version of it done exactly as Rich suggested.
I also purged the file so instead of being over 4MB it is now less than 50KB
