Green pixels/dirt/smudge on Vray render

Could someone tell me what I do wrong with this render.
I put all subdivs on 24-36 and I still have a lot of green reflection
all over the render. PLEASE GUYS, help ME!!!

It's most likely the green bouncing off of your tile. In your options, try to set your GI Post Processing Saturation setting to .25 or less and see if that helps.
