[Plugin] SketchUcation Tools

Apparently I require this "ExtensionStore" plugin now to use some of my protectivity ones like Joint Push Pull but he download shows a file size of 0mb and you get the following when trying to to use the download link:

/pluginrepo/rbz/

/var/www/html/pluginrepo/rbz/SketchUcationTools.rbz
File does not exist. Make sure you specified correct file name.

Quick Tip, if you are going to make a function mandatory, make people able to get hold of it!

Thanks for the tip. It is normally always available. There was an issue with the Amazon server today but it seems to be fixed. At least I am able to download extensions including this one now.

Have tried download since? We had amazon server demount issues earlier but we sorted those

Latest updated killed the download. Shows as 0.0 Mb, and download link says file is non-existent.

It is resolved now. Normal service has resumed.

It had nothing to do with any update just Amazon bucket failure

Hi all.
I recently installed the new version of SketchUp 2023.
I had to uninstall all the previous versions.
After I installed the Sketchup 2023 and ExtensionStore 4.3.1, the plugin became too slower.
Whenever I click the extensionstore button in the too bar, it takes more than 15 secs until it show the list of plugins.
Also there is no menu appeared at the bottom and if I click the setting button at the top it doesn't response.
I can't log in to my account, so I can't install the bundle that I have been using.

How can I fix this?

Thank you for response.

I tried and it still doesn't show the bottom menu icon.
It is still too slow in responding on my input. If I click 'click here to continue', it takes more than 14 seconds.

I have this exact same problem. It was forced to install it to license RoundCorner. I wish there was simpler way to manage licenses than this janky bloatware.

Forgive the necropost, but this seems like an appropriate place.

The Sketchucation plugin store had stopped working on my machine with a message of something like 'unable to unzip file' with any attempt to install or update.

Upon updating to 4.4.0, I no longer get that message, but either updating or installing instantly reports success, with no positive result.

I suspect that a URL is blocked, but I can't request an unblock without knowing the URL. Is there any logging going on? Is there a generalized download location?

Yes, its less OK button bashing simulator. Especially for Bundle installs when you upgrade SketchUp. Just click install and go make a coffee.

Although Fredo's stuff still has a prompt to restart SketchUp.

Ah, well, that was why I was hoping for a base URL. sketchucation.com and community.sketchucation.com are getting through. The plugin store is displaying and cataloguing, it just isn't downloading.

Well, yes. I'm not in control of the firewall. However, the latest behavior does indicate errors on both sides of the wire.

You haven't explained what you have tried to do, and what has failed...

Here's some simple steps...

Possibility 1
You already have an earlier version of SketchUcation Tools installed.
Open the ExtensionStore³ dialog, find the tools and click on the Install button.
When it completes, restart SketchUp to sync everything.

Possibility 2
You don't have an earlier version of SketchUcation Tools installed.
From our PluginStore, find and download the SketchUcation Tools RBZ file.
Open the native dialog in Extensions > Extension Manager: click the dialog's - Install button, navigate to the downloaded RBZ file and it will install.
When it completes, restart SketchUp to sync everything.

To license an extension you need to have bought a license and kept it somewhere safe on your computer.
You can validate a license in the dialog which opens in the particular Extension's submenu - usually under Tools.

SketchUcation Tools in 2023 used to load the plungin right away when I enabled it from the disabled menu. I had to restart 2024 now. Am I missing something?
