Sketchup book

I've invested a lot of time in writing a SketchUp documentation (German) for my courses and I'm thinking about a publication maybe as a book on demand, but I'm not sure about some questions:

• Do I need something like a permission from Trimble?
• Should I ask authors of mentioned plugins?
• Is the label TM still correct for Trimble SketchUp (once searched for google SketchUp)?
• Are there other problems I didn't think of?

Anyone has experiences which such a project?
