Rendering in VRImage?

What could this reddish highlighted means? Does it mean that i could render to VRImage?
Is it normal?

It's normal. I think it's been discussed on the Chaos forums. I am not sure why they do this. To me, red is a signal that something is incorrect or needs to be addressed. Devin, can you chime in why we need the box to be red?

it means the specified path doesn't exist already.

It's sorta handy. It changes color when there is an existing path.

The only concern to me is that it's not very intuitive and if you don't know about it, you instantly think something is wrong because it's lit up like a big warning. That was my first impression of it when I saw it many betas ago.

we use the same control for all external file controls. So in some cases it's handy, in others, it's not.
