Vray reflection problem

Hi, I have a problem with metal reflection.
Both components with red arrow pointing on them are the same. Same material shape and orientation. However the way they reflect sun is completely diffrent. I noticed this in some places in the model. Anyone encoutered a problem like this?

Its a little difficult to tell from the image just whats going on, but one thing to check is if there are duplicate groups or components, which can create co-planar materials, which can cause the effect you show.

I agree, check to see if there are duplicate objects fighting for the same space. It is also good practice to model with front faces out. I don't think having a back face out would cause this, but it is good modeling practice to eliminate these back faces.
