Light patches

can someone tell me why I'm such a
patches of light at windows have?

and how do I eliminate this?
I think that was ever asked. I've tried a lot with the settings:

min. -4
max. -3

hsph subd. 80
samples 30

LC:
Subdivs: 1500

DMC:
Amount 0.85
Noise threshold 0.008

i use Su2013 (pro) and vray 1.6 beta
