It is not possible to push/pull smoothly, however Enable length snapping and enable angle snapping is unticked in Model info. I had no problem with this before.

Maybe some (unexpected) inferences to other geometry?

I follow the basic tutorial video 3 for beginners on this address: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwJntmJxi78
I had no such problem before this. I try to draw the offset-frame windows and the frame jumps up. I type 0,2 to get it normal.

I just make the little nice table in video 4 for beginners, and I have the same problem with snapping. I made the guides for the legs, and the rectangel jumps over the guide, regardlessly if I tick snapping or not. What can I do?

I suggest that it is best to have 'snapping' set to be OFF in Model Info > Units.

Start the PushPull 'drag' and then type in the desired dimension + <enter> to make it 'extrude' that exact distance.
OR click the cursor onto any object that is at that known distance away - e.g. other geometry, a correctly offset guide-line etc...
