I have a tiff of a tree which I have added to the library at work. I add all the trees I need to the model I'm working on and I try rendering it in podium. All the tree tiffs show up as textures except for the one I added, which is invisible. Why does this happen and how should I save my tiffs so they show up as textures?

Did you apply the image as a texture to a face? Is that face reversed?

Yes, the image is applied to the face as a texture. I did the same with all the other trees, which is why I suspect that it has something to do with how the tiff is saved.

... I tried reversing the face and had it rendering as I was writing the above. That seems to work.

Some renderers don't render back faces even if they are painted with materials. This is one of the reasons it is a good idea to stay on top of the face orientation in your model as you work.
