Rendering washed out even with Vray default setting

hi friends,

I rendered a small home model without any material using Vray 1.6 with default vray setting.

but the rendered image is washed out. i even tried with less intensity of sky in environment parameter.

Can some buddy help me to solve this.

i m attaching the imges with intensity 1 and 0.3

Do you have materials applied to this model or just white? Are you using physical camera? Post screenshots of your options setup.

I'm fairly new, but are you adjusting the the number next to the GI? Sometimes I have that problem. I usually go into my Map setting under the GI, and turn the intensity of the sun down from 1.0 to about 0.3. might try that.

Hi,

Thanx for ur rply.

Previously it was with default material.
I applied material to it. it is looking nice now.
But sun intensity 0.3 looks low.
I m attaching image with 0.3 and 1.0 intensity (materials are jst for reference not final).
go through it n tell mi ur suggestions.
