Complex curve ramp

I am trying to make a complex curve ramp
I'm posting the file - I know the curve I want - and the heights I'd like the beginning step to be plus 7" and the end height of the ramp to be 2'4" - but cannot figure out how to describe the ramp.
Any thoughts?

I made this with Fredo's curviloft: just copy the curved profiles up and use the move tool to match the vertices, then use the skinning tool of Curviloft.
