Two Question Aboout Vray Rendereings

Hello.. I am new to vray For sketchup Exterior Renders.. I am Using vray 1.6 Beta version..
Q.1 How can i use HDRI for Background in vray? i have seen many tutorials for Hdri but haven't seen how to adjust the HDRI for background... like if am using an Urban HDRI and want my model to render in the center or an empty spot.. but it wont work.. i do rotate HDRI but my model will be on some roof, some wall etc.. so please Help me with HDRI BACKGROUND...
Q.2.. My Second Question is About how to render multistory apartment/offices Building.. I tried to render but it is very bad.. and if i used SU camera zoomed to model and render in Vray it will be away... So please Help me about it... i am attaching a sample image of my building i am trying to render...

If you are using 1.6 beta - use the dome light to use an HDRI to light your scene. If you just want the HDRI as your background, go to options and under Environment. place the HDRI in the BG slot.
In your Output under options, make sure to click Get view aspect so Vray will match SU.

that i know.. but the Background is not placed according to the model.. its like my model will be on some wall, on some window or on some top, or hanging in air.
